New Pet!

Saturday night I brought home the newest addition to the Fields family, Gracie the cat.

We debated for quite some time as to what we should name her. She was being called "Snowball" at the shelter, but that just didn't seem to fit. I have always liked the name Belle or Bella, but we decided against those also.

So we decided on Gracie. 1.) Because she is graceful and can jump up on things and balance very weel, as well as jump and made no noise at all. 2.) I would love to use this name for a baby someday, but I have a friend who has already claimed it and plans on naming her daughter that.

She is quite a diva. The first day we had her, I found her laying on my spot on the bed only minutes after we got home. She likes to climb on top of dressers and the toilet so she can see herself in the mirror.
